About this role

Join an AI developer tools company as a Pre-Sales Deployed Engineer, blending technical expertise with sales acumen. You'll run hands-on technical pilots with enterprise customers, deliver live demos and training, and partner with Account Executives to close deals while shaping the go-to-market strategy across Europe.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Account Executives as the technical lead throughout pre-sales cycles and enterprise deal closures
  • Design and execute 4-week technical pilots with customer engineering teams, including kickoff calls and pair-programming sessions
  • Deliver product presentations, technical training, and live demos to audiences from developers to C-suite executives
  • Create and maintain technical enablement collateral including documentation, guides, and videos for enterprise customers
  • Collect and relay critical customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions
  • Travel to customer sites and industry events as needed to support sales engagements

  • Solutions or pre-sales engineering for technical/developer tools products
  • Strong programming in at least one OOP language with pair-programming capability
  • Technical training, live demo delivery, and customer-facing enablement
  • Knowledge of AI-powered developer tools and LLM-based coding assistants
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Executive presence and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Computer science fundamentals and strong technical foundation
  • Sales-oriented mindset with ability to influence deal outcomes
