About this role
Join a Y Combinator-backed conversational AI startup building an AI voice platform that automates customer call operations at scale. You'll take ownership of full-stack engineering projects—backend infrastructure handling thousands of concurrent calls, intuitive frontends, and core architectural decisions—working in-person with a small, talented team in Berlin.
What you'll do
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand pain points and design product solutions
- Design and build scalable backend infrastructure supporting thousands of concurrent AI phone calls daily
- Develop intuitive, AI-first user experiences on the frontend
- Own high-stakes projects end-to-end from concept through production and post-release support
- Contribute to core architectural decisions that shape the platform's direction
- Work cross-functionally to translate customer and business problems into technical solutions
