About this role

Join a Series A AI governance platform as a Solutions Engineer to architect and deploy our observability software for enterprise clients worldwide. You'll translate customer needs into technical implementations, working across our Next.js/Flask stack to drive pilots to production while providing critical product feedback.

What you'll do

  • Customize and deploy the AI governance platform for enterprise clients globally
  • Translate client requirements into technical demos and tailored configurations
  • Demonstrate and configure both frontend (Next.js/TypeScript) and backend (Flask/PostgreSQL) components
  • Support deployments on AWS and on-premises environments with cloud-agnostic approaches
  • Gather and communicate structured feedback from clients to engineering and product teams
  • Map AI/ML use cases to platform capabilities through deep technical understanding
