About this role
CodeRabbit seeks a Technical Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison between our AI-powered code review platform and enterprise customers across the Americas. You'll diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, drive product adoption, and collaborate with engineering teams to continuously improve our offering.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues for customers
- Conduct customer calls and training sessions to maximize product value and adoption
- Partner with customer success and sales teams on retention and expansion initiatives
