Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

CoLab seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with strategic customers and deliver complex technical projects that integrate enterprise systems with the CoLab AI platform. You'll own end-to-end delivery of customer initiatives—from discovery through deployment—while collaborating across internal teams and managing ambiguity in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

What you'll do

• Own delivery of strategic customer projects from technical discovery through production deployment
• Build and deploy complex system integrations, backend services, and data pipelines
• Interface with enterprise systems including PLM, ERP, data lakes, and identity management solutions
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs, propose solutions, and guide adoption
• Develop targeted solutions while ensuring broader applicability across the customer base
• Share customer insights and requirements with the internal development team
