What you'll do
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical building systems
- Troubleshoot and repair building system issues including doors, locks, fixtures, lighting, and minor plumbing work
- Assist with HVAC maintenance including filter changes, belt replacements, and monitoring building automation systems
- Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and coordinate vendor/contractor access
- Maintain common areas, restrooms, corridors, and ensure walkways and parking areas remain safe and clean
- Complete work orders, maintenance logs, document equipment conditions, and maintain supplies inventory
