About this role

Conversion is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge enterprise customer needs and technical product delivery. You'll partner with sales and customer teams to build custom integrations, deploy AI marketing workflows, and transform pilot deals into production implementations that demonstrate measurable value.

What you'll do

  • Scope technical requirements and build proofs-of-concept with Deployment Strategists and sales teams
  • Design and implement integrations connecting customer marketing infrastructure to the Conversion platform
  • Deploy custom AI workflows and data pipelines to get customers into production
  • Collaborate with customer teams to translate marketing goals into technical solutions
  • Work with product and engineering to convert customer learnings into reusable platform capabilities
  • Enable sales team with technical expertise to close enterprise deals
