About this role

Cook Systems seeks an experienced AV Support Engineer to provide operational support for audio-visual systems across enterprise conference rooms and meeting spaces. You'll handle Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, system deployments, and lifecycle management while working hybrid in Memphis, TN on a 6-month contract.

What you'll do

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for AV incidents, service requests, and system troubleshooting
  • Install, configure, and maintain AV hardware, software, and peripheral devices across enterprise environments
  • Support AV system deployments, upgrades, migrations, and hardware refresh initiatives
  • Manage AV asset inventory, equipment lifecycle tracking, warranty status, and technology standards documentation
  • Perform software and firmware updates according to maintenance schedules and participate in change management
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and third-party integrators on implementations and technical issue resolution
