About this role
Correlation One seeks a Curriculum Developer to build technical content for a Data Center Technician certification program aligned to the EXIN CDCP exam. Working part-time over 3–5 months, you'll draft lessons, labs, and assessments using GenAI tools and a structured workflow, applying adult learning principles to create job-ready training materials.
What you'll do
- Develop lessons from outlines using Claude and Correlation One's content workflow
- Draft detailed lesson-level outlines applying Learning Experience Design principles
- Iterate on lessons based on feedback from Content Developer and Learning Designer
- Support GenAI-assisted translation of content, reviewing for accuracy and fit
- Audit and refresh existing content for accuracy and industry relevance
- Peer-review lessons, collaborate with team, and deploy content on Codio platform
