About this role

Cresta is hiring an Application Support Engineer to resolve complex technical issues for enterprise AI customers, serving as the primary technical contact and bridge between customers and engineering teams. You'll troubleshoot API integrations, databases, containerized applications, and telephony systems while maintaining documentation and participating in on-call rotations.

What you'll do

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to APIs, databases, microservices, web hosting, telephony, and containerized applications
  • Serve as primary technical contact for customer inquiries via email and support portal with clear, empathetic communication
  • Escalate bugs, feature requests, and critical incidents to Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
  • Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
  • Reproduce customer environments to identify root causes and verify solutions
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule for urgent issues outside business hours
