About this role

Crusoe seeks an Automated Testing Engineer to validate large-scale, multi-node GPU clusters and distributed AI workloads. You'll design and execute comprehensive testing frameworks for high-performance interconnects, cluster orchestration, and performance benchmarking across virtualized environments.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain CI/CD platforms enabling rapid testing and deployment of low-level infrastructure systems
  • Design large-scale validation tests across multi-node GPU clusters to ensure linear scaling and stability
  • Develop automation frameworks in Python or Go to provision, configure, and stress-test virtualized environments
  • Validate high-speed interconnects (NVLink, InfiniBand, RoCE) and benchmark collective communication using nccl-tests and rccl-tests
  • Perform regression analysis and root-cause diagnosis of performance bottlenecks across OS, hypervisor, and physical fabric
  • Create automated test suites using fio, stress-ng, and iperf to verify performance and multi-tenant isolation
