About this role

Crusoe seeks an Endpoint Security Engineer to design and manage a secure-by-default endpoint architecture across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices. You'll lead MDM administration, patch management, compliance enforcement, and build automation tooling while partnering with Security and IT teams to scale endpoint security as the company grows.

What you'll do

  • Administer Jamf and Microsoft Intune environments; manage configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployment, and OS updates across all device platforms
  • Build and maintain automated enrollment workflows including Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning
  • Own structured patch management program with defined SLAs across all device platforms
  • Define device compliance baselines aligned with CIS Benchmarks and SOC 2; integrate MDM telemetry with EDR and SIEM for compliance visibility
  • Build Bash, Python, or PowerShell automation to reduce manual workload and create self-service tooling for employees
  • Serve as MDM escalation point in IT on-call rotation and mentor junior team members on endpoint management practices
