About this role

Toast is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their Business Technology Transformation team, focusing on building scalable platform solutions for the restaurant industry. You'll develop advanced Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows while maintaining security and integration standards in a collaborative, agile environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex (triggers, async, frameworks), LWC/Aura, and complex Flows
  • Design and implement integrations with REST/SOAP web services and manage authentication/authorization patterns
  • Ensure code quality through peer reviews, GitHub PR management, and CI/CD deployment processes
  • Troubleshoot performance issues using Developer Console, Workbench, and Debug Logs
  • Mentor team members and foster continuous learning culture
  • Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies with accurate story sizing and proactive blocker escalation
