About this role
Build AI-powered infrastructure to capture, analyze, and act on customer feedback at scale. You'll own product quality systems that close the loop between customer experience and product development, creating intelligent pipelines and dashboards that give teams real-time visibility into bugs and quality trends.
What you'll do
- Develop AI systems that synthesize and route customer feedback intelligently to the right teams
- Build dashboards and data pipelines showing bug volume, quality trends, and domain-specific metrics
- Create intelligent bug intake and triage systems that automate prioritization and report generation
- Integrate across ticketing systems, CRM, payment platforms, and data warehouse to streamline workflows
- Partner with support engineers and domain experts to identify pain points and ship solutions
- Own full-stack projects from database design to user interface implementation
