Electrical Engineer
About this role
CX2 seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and develop advanced electronic systems for next-generation counter-UAS defense solutions. You'll work on RF systems, embedded electronics, and sensor integration to detect and neutralize unmanned aerial threats in a fast-paced, mission-driven defense environment.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and test electronic hardware for drone detection and mitigation systems
- Work on RF systems including signal detection, jamming, and communication modules
- Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and prototypes for embedded systems
- Integrate sensors (radar, EO/IR, acoustic, RF) into defense platforms
- Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in lab and field environments
- Optimize power distribution and battery systems for portable and fixed defense platforms
