About this role

D3 is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer to bridge business development and engineering teams in building the world's first blockchain for domain tokenization. You'll provide pre-sales technical support, manage customer integrations, create documentation, and leverage AI tools to scale partnerships with registrars and enterprise customers at this well-funded Series A startup.

What you'll do

  • Provide pre-sales technical support to registrars and domain partners alongside the BD team
  • Manage integration project timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination from contract to go-live
  • Write customer-facing API documentation, integration guides, and sample code
  • Build demo scripts and tutorial content to help customers adopt the platform
  • Capture customer requirements and route technical questions to appropriate internal teams
  • Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, research, and internal workflows

  • Technical writing and clear communication to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
  • Code reading and scripting (Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar)
  • Project management and timeline tracking across teams
