Full-Stack Engineer

About this role

Join Shadow as a Full-Stack Engineer to build an AI coordination layer for marketing operations. You'll design and ship end-to-end features spanning APIs, databases, and ML services, working with real data from a 10-year-old performance marketing agency serving fast-growing consumer brands.

What you'll do

• Architect and implement full-stack features from database schema to React components, optimized for scale
• Build and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and distributed services on Google Cloud Platform
• Integrate and debug LLMs and generative AI tools; own RAG pipelines
• Ensure seamless interoperability between front-end and back-end systems
• Monitor performance, reliability, and security across production systems
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture guidance
