About this role
Dark Wolf is hiring an Information Systems Security Engineer to develop and maintain security Assessment and Authorization packages for US Space Force radar systems. The role involves designing security architectures, conducting vulnerability assessments, ensuring RMF compliance, and supporting the authorization process for critical national defense infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Design security architectures and integrate cybersecurity features into existing systems
- Develop cyber requirements aligned with DoD 8570/8140 standards
- Perform vulnerability assessments, compliance audits, and apply remediation solutions
- Evaluate RMF artifacts and identify control requirement deviations
- Establish control processes for certification, compliance documentation, and periodic audits
- Provide engineering recommendations to resolve integration and testing issues
