About this role

Decagon seeks its first GTM Analytics Engineer to build foundational data infrastructure for the go-to-market organization. You'll design and maintain BigQuery pipelines, transform Salesforce and sales tool data into clean, trusted models, and establish data standards that enable sales leadership and executives to drive decisions from reliable reporting.

What you'll do

  • Design and build GTM data infrastructure in BigQuery, ingesting and modeling data from Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and other systems
  • Write and maintain dbt models transforming raw CRM data into clean tables for pipeline, forecasting, and territory reporting
  • Partner with sales leadership to convert ad hoc reporting requests into durable, documented data models
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines ensuring GTM data stays fresh, accurate, and consistent
  • Own data quality end-to-end through testing, validation, and monitoring
  • Set technical standards and best practices for GTM data modeling as the function scales
