Partner Success Engineer (Infrastructure)
About this role
Deepgram seeks a Partner Success Engineer to drive adoption and expansion with strategic infrastructure partners (cloud, hardware, inference platforms) that enable secure, performant voice AI deployment. You'll combine deep technical expertise in deployment architectures with partner lifecycle management and an AI-native operating model to unlock channel growth in self-hosted, on-premises, and edge environments.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end partner relationships across infrastructure portfolios, from technical validation through joint go-to-market and co-sell
- Design and guide deployment architectures for self-hosted, on-premises, dedicated, and edge voice AI implementations
- Troubleshoot integrations and facilitate technical problem-solving across containers, orchestration, GPU/accelerator inference, and APIs
- Build trust with technical stakeholders (developers, platform engineers, CTOs) and translate technical adoption into commercial expansion
- Identify and define joint opportunities with partners in silicon, cloud, inference, and security platforms
- Leverage AI tools to systematize recurring work and scale partner enablement
