About this role
Join a Commercial Cyber Operations team as a Technical Implementation Engineer to deploy and secure IT infrastructure across defense and government customers. You'll implement NIST SP 800-171 compliance controls, manage identity and endpoint platforms, and work hands-on with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Intune in remote customer environments.
What you'll do
- Configure and secure Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and business systems
- Deploy endpoint-management controls across Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and other unified endpoint management platforms
- Implement identity, MFA, permissions, endpoint security, logging, vulnerability management, and backup controls
- Support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, networks, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and secure remote access
- Test changes, produce configuration records, diagrams, evidence, and runbooks for customers
- Automate repeatable work into scripts, checklists, and workflows
