About this role

This remote federal contractor role focuses on deploying and managing the Unicorn Delivery Service platform across hybrid cloud environments. You'll handle Infrastructure-as-Code, provide technical support to government customers, and develop training documentation while requiring U.S. citizenship.

What you'll do

  • Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code modules for customer environment provisioning
  • Deploy and manage UDS across AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and on-premises Kubernetes clusters
  • Build custom UDS packages and application-specific modules for customer deployments
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for System Integrators and customers
  • Develop and deliver technical training content for platform adoption
  • Gather customer feedback to drive product and process improvements
