About this role
This remote federal contractor role focuses on deploying and managing the Unicorn Delivery Service platform across hybrid cloud environments. You'll handle Infrastructure-as-Code, provide technical support to government customers, and develop training documentation while requiring U.S. citizenship.
What you'll do
- Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code modules for customer environment provisioning
- Deploy and manage UDS across AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and on-premises Kubernetes clusters
- Build custom UDS packages and application-specific modules for customer deployments
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for System Integrators and customers
- Develop and deliver technical training content for platform adoption
- Gather customer feedback to drive product and process improvements
