About this role

Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to serve as a technical subject-matter expert supporting the U.S. Space Force's Space Sensing programs at Los Angeles AFB. You'll drive systems engineering, process optimization, and strategic technical decisions while advising senior government leadership on complex space systems initiatives.

  • Provide systems engineering management and integration for Space Sensing programs
  • Develop and optimize processes, workflows, and scheduling across cross-functional teams
  • Lead complex technical analyses, reviews, and engineering assessments
  • Shape technical approaches and recommend solutions to high-impact problems
  • Brief and advise Government technical and program leadership on strategic issues
  • Serve as subject-matter authority and technical decision-maker on program matters
