About this role
DigiCert seeks a senior DevOps Engineer to modernize infrastructure, drive automation and reliability practices, and provide technical leadership across systems, networking, and security. What you'll do
- Design and implement infrastructure automation, monitoring, and system reliability practices to achieve maximum uptime
- Perform forensic troubleshooting on Linux systems and unfamiliar services to resolve complex issues
- Champion CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and zero-touch provisioning best practices across the organization
- Instrument services with monitoring and visualization to reduce incident resolution time without direct system access
- Lead on-call rotation and incident response while mentoring DevOps and engineering team members
- Define technical direction for infrastructure, cloud, networking (BGP), and automation strategy
