About this role

Field Service Engineer responsible for installing, testing, and supporting integrated mechanical, electrical, and software systems at customer sites. Acts as the primary technical liaison between internal R&D teams and customers, managing deployments, troubleshooting, and training across domestic and international locations.

What you'll do

  • Lead customer-facing technical activities and serve as liaison between R&D/Operations and customers
  • Install, integrate, and commission multidisciplinary systems at customer sites domestically and internationally
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and system maintenance
  • Conduct functional, communication, software, and hardware testing
  • Deliver system demonstrations and operational training to customers
  • Document faults, prepare reports, and provide feedback to R&D teams
