About this role
DRW is seeking an FPGA Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary hardware and software solutions for ultra-low-latency trading systems and complex algorithmic strategies. You'll work within a collaborative team of technologists and researchers, tackling high-impact problems with mentorship and structured training from day one.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy FPGA-based solutions for ultra-low-latency trading strategies
- Build complex algorithmic trading systems leveraging hardware acceleration
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to translate business requirements into technical implementations
- Contribute across the full technology stack to solve performance-critical problems
- Participate in code review, testing, and deployment of proprietary software
- Mentor and knowledge-share within a dynamic technology team
