About this role

EasyPost, a YC-backed shipping API company, seeks a Technical Support Engineer to help customers integrate and optimize their shipping solutions. You'll be the technical bridge between enterprise and startup clients, troubleshooting API issues and ensuring smooth platform adoption.

What you'll do

  • Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues with the EasyPost shipping API
  • Provide guidance on API integration best practices and implementation strategies
  • Collaborate with engineering to identify and escalate product bugs or gaps
  • Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides for common issues
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure timely, high-quality support
  • Participate in onboarding calls to help new customers succeed

  • HTTP, JSON, and common API debugging tools
  • Customer communication and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of logistics or shipping industry (preferred)
