EliseAI is seeking a Full Stack and Mobile Software Engineer to build AI-powered solutions that streamline housing and healthcare operations. You'll own significant projects, drive architectural improvements, and scale a platform serving thousands of users at a well-funded startup.

What you'll do

• Develop and ship features for the core leasing automation platform
• Own end-to-end feature development from design to deployment
• Propose and implement improvements to software architecture and design patterns
• Establish and drive engineering best practices across the team
• Build automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration
• Help recruit and onboard talented engineers to the team
