About this role

Loft seeks an Attitude Guidance & Performance Engineer to lead spacecraft attitude control and guidance system development across their growing satellite fleet. You'll establish technical standards for ADCS performance, design guidance algorithms, and support on-orbit operations while collaborating with mission teams and spacecraft suppliers.

What you'll do

Serve as technical authority for ADCS performance and attitude control across Loft missions
Develop and validate guidance algorithms for multiple spacecraft platforms
Define performance requirements and specifications with mission teams and customers
Support in-orbit operations and troubleshoot complex attitude control issues
Design a common guidance service interface compatible with diverse spacecraft
Collaborate with spacecraft suppliers on attitude control implementations
