About this role

Loft seeks an Attitude Guidance & Performance Engineer to lead spacecraft attitude control and guidance system development across their growing satellite fleet. You'll establish technical standards for ADCS performance, design guidance algorithms, and support on-orbit operations while collaborating with mission teams and spacecraft suppliers.

  • Serve as technical authority for ADCS performance and attitude control across Loft missions
  • Develop and validate guidance algorithms for multiple spacecraft platforms
