About this role
EOS IT Solutions seeks a networking engineer to design, deploy, and support complex IT and network infrastructure for corporate events worldwide. The role combines technical expertise with project management and client-facing communication to deliver seamless onsite and offsite event networking solutions.
What you'll do
- Review client requirements and provide technical support for IT and network service integration at events
- Deploy, test, and troubleshoot event networks, WiFi, and IT assets both onsite and remotely
- Coordinate proposals and vendor management with venues, ISPs, and third-party providers
- Manage technical resources within budget and timeline constraints
- Document work via ticketing system and maintain vendor performance reporting
- Travel approximately 25% to event sites including hotels, convention centers, and client campuses

- Network deployment and configuration (3+ years experience)
- Cisco networking equipment (Catalyst, switches, routers, access points)
- Wireless technologies (Juniper Mist, Aruba APs, controllers)
- VPN technologies (DVMRP, GRE, IPSec/SSL)
- WAN/MAN expertise (MPLS, SD-WAN)
- Cabling (CAT6, fiber optic patching)
- 802.1x and network segmentation
- Windows, Mac, and cloud platform support
