About this role

EOS IT Solutions seeks an IT Support Engineer in Austin to provide technical support for audiovisual conferencing and network solutions across a global client base. You'll troubleshoot and maintain AV control systems, audio DSP platforms, and enterprise collaboration technologies while delivering service aligned with SLAs.

What you'll do

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote VPN access
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and AV system faults
  • Support and maintain AV control systems like Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS for meeting rooms
  • Configure and troubleshoot audio DSP platforms including Biamp, Shure, and Q-SYS
  • Monitor and maintain customer AV endpoints, codecs, controllers, and networked devices
  • Ensure infrastructure security, reliability, and SLA compliance while identifying improvement opportunities
