About this role

Epic Kids seeks a QA Engineer to ensure quality across its digital reading platform for children, spanning web and mobile applications. You'll own test planning and execution, drive automated testing expansion, and partner with product and engineering to catch issues early throughout the development cycle.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain test plans and test cases from product specs across web, iOS, and Android platforms
  • Execute manual functional, exploratory, and regression testing with cross-browser and cross-device coverage
  • Own release verification through smoke and sanity testing with QA sign-off before shipping
  • Write clear, reproducible bug reports and triage defects by severity and priority
  • Expand automated UI/end-to-end and API test coverage using modern frameworks
  • Track and report QA coverage, defect trends, and release-quality metrics
