About this role

Join Fluidstack's Production Engineering team to design and operate monitoring, diagnostics, and automation systems for a rapidly scaling AI compute infrastructure network. You'll own end-to-end network health, build fleet-wide debugging tools, and establish the repair pipelines that keep civilization-scale data centers running reliably.

What you'll do

  • Define real-time monitoring requirements and build dashboards for network fleet health across multiple hyperscale sites
  • Develop debugging tooling and diagnostics systems to isolate network faults systematically across the fleet
  • Create automation pipelines for network failure detection, parts management, and return-to-service workflows
  • Establish network qualification and validation frameworks to gate new sites and hardware into production
  • Implement remote command execution and repair visualization systems for rapid incident response
  • Drive incident response, postmortems, and systemic reliability improvements at scale
