About this role

E-Space seeks an Embedded Software Engineering Intern to develop production-grade firmware for IoT devices operating on satellite networks. You'll write C code on Zephyr RTOS, integrate sensors, debug on hardware, and ship real features end-to-end with hands-on mentorship from experienced engineers.

What you'll do

  • Write production C firmware for sensor-rich IoT devices running Zephyr RTOS
  • Bring up and integrate wireless sensors and peripherals on development boards
  • Debug firmware issues on live hardware at the bench using debuggers
  • Implement data pipelines moving sensor information from edge devices to cloud
  • Participate in daily code reviews and architectural discussions with mentor
  • Ship at least one complete feature end-to-end during the internship
