AI Engineer

About this role

Eudia seeks an AI Engineer to develop and deploy enterprise-grade generative AI solutions for Fortune 500 legal departments. You'll work directly with customers to design custom AI/ML solutions, ensure successful implementation, and drive product innovation while maintaining strict security and compliance standards.

What you'll do

• Partner with Fortune 500 customers to understand AI/ML challenges and design tailored solutions using generative AI technologies
• Serve as primary technical contact during deployment, providing hands-on support and ensuring seamless integration
• Lead AI/ML solution deployments, optimize performance, and diagnose model issues including drift and data quality problems
• Communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence AI/ML roadmap decisions
• Conduct technical training for clients and proactively improve model performance in production environments
• Maintain stakeholder communication with regular progress updates and outcome reporting
