What you'll do

  • Own customer journey from initial outreach through production integration and deal closure
  • Build and deploy demos, tutorials, and sample applications showcasing Exa's API capabilities
  • Debug and resolve full-stack technical issues across customer deployments
  • Translate customer feedback into product improvements and ship fixes when needed
  • Conduct weekly sales and technical calls with CTOs, engineers, and product managers
  • Monitor usage data and customer interactions to identify churn risks and expansion opportunities
