About this role

Exowatt seeks a Reliability Engineer to ensure their innovative P3 solar-thermal energy system meets rigorous uptime standards for AI infrastructure. You'll lead reliability testing, analyze field failures, define performance requirements, and drive continuous improvement across deployed systems.

What you'll do

  • Define and establish reliability requirements and standards for the P3 system
  • Design, execute, and oversee accelerated life-test programs in laboratory environments
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret field failure data to identify root causes and failure modes
  • Work on-site with customers to troubleshoot issues and validate system performance
  • Develop reliability improvement initiatives based on test results and field insights
  • Document findings and collaborate with product and engineering teams on design enhancements
