Solutions Engineer - Insurance

About this role

Feathery is seeking a Solutions Engineer to design and implement data intake workflows for financial services clients. You'll bridge customer needs with technical capabilities, managing implementations from proof-of-concept through deployment while influencing product direction.

What you'll do

• Own technical scoping, demos, and implementation of complex workflows for enterprise customers
• Partner with sales during evaluations to translate requirements into tailored solutions
• Guide customers through workflow design and best practices for scalability
• Gather customer feedback and surface insights to product and engineering teams
• Create technical documentation, example applications, and guides for enablement
• Help define solutions engineering processes and mentor future team members

What they're looking for

• Customer-facing technical role experience (solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar)
• JavaScript proficiency for writing and troubleshooting implementation scripts
• Python basics for building and debugging APIs
• Problem-solving in data-heavy and workflow-based systems
• Cross-functional collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
• B2B SaaS or workflow automation platform knowledge (bonus)
• Low-code/no-code platform familiarity (bonus)
• Financial services industry background (bonus)
