What you'll do
- Design and develop robotic hardware components and systems using CAD software
- Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and failure mode assessments
- Oversee manufacturing processes and supplier coordination to ensure quality standards
- Create and maintain technical documentation, BOMs, and assembly procedures
- Test and validate hardware prototypes in manufacturing environments
- Optimize designs for cost reduction and manufacturability
