About this role
Fieldguide seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead enterprise sales engagements for audit and compliance software. You'll partner with account executives to demonstrate platform value to top CPA firms, manage proof-of-value phases, and drive deal closure while influencing product strategy based on customer insights.
What you'll do
- Lead product demonstrations and articulate value proposition to enterprise prospects and C-suite executives
- Partner with Account Executives on discovery, needs analysis, and competitive positioning throughout the sales cycle
- Manage and lead technical validations during proof-of-value phases to accelerate sales velocity
- Build credibility with technical champions and resolve customer objections and concerns
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams on complex implementations and roadmap priorities
- Create training content and mentor team members on best practices and industry expertise

- Enterprise SaaS solutions engineering (3+ years)
- Financial audit domain knowledge from public accounting experience (3+ years)
- Product demonstration and executive presentation skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
