Likely interview questions

  • Walk us through a specific softgoods or elastomer product you designed end-to-end—from material selection through production. What tradeoffs did you make, and how did you validate tactile or durability performance?
  • Describe your experience with complex injection molding design, particularly overmolding or multi-material parts. How have you collaborated with toolmakers on side actions, lifters, or other advanced mold features?
