What you'll do
- Own enterprise requirements end-to-end from discovery through shipped platform capability
- Participate in enterprise sales conversations to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and build security features including key management, tenant isolation, and compliance integrations
- Architect multi-cloud and hybrid deployment capabilities for cloud and on-premises environments
- Convert one-off customer requests into reusable platform features rather than per-customer patches
- Implement designs directly alongside founders and core platform engineers
