Growth Engineer, Support Engineering
About this role
Join Firecrawl's Support Engineering team to build internal tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows that help support scale alongside rapid developer growth. You'll own full-stack systems that both improve support efficiency and ship product improvements that prevent tickets at the source, reporting directly to the Head of Support Engineering.
What you'll do
- Build internal tools and automations that enable support to scale faster than headcount
- Develop AI-assisted support workflows for deflection, triage, and faster resolution
- Ship product and developer experience improvements that address recurring support issues
- Turn support pain points into reusable engineering solutions for the team
- Close the loop between support and product by working directly on developer problems

Benefits
