Join Firecrawl as a Platform Engineer to solve high-impact problems across the full stack in a fast-moving AI infrastructure startup. You'll be a generalist troubleshooter handling performance, customer-facing bugs, tooling, and cross-cutting platform challenges, owning real problems from day one in a small team environment.

What you'll do

  • Address the highest-leverage technical problem each week across backend, infrastructure, tooling, or frontend
  • Ship fixes and features across the entire stack to unblock other engineers
  • Build tools and infrastructure that enable team velocity and developer experience
  • Own hard problems that span multiple teams and don't fit neatly into one lane
  • Improve platform reliability and raise engineering standards across the codebase
  • Respond rapidly to production issues and customer-facing bugs
