About this role

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support enterprise sales by understanding complex customer data infrastructure needs and designing solutions using Fivetran and dbt Labs technologies. You'll lead proof-of-value engagements, deliver technical demos, and drive adoption across the sales lifecycle for the largest enterprise customers.

What you'll do

  • Partner with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and develop tailored solution recommendations
  • Design and deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-value processes that secure customer buy-in
  • Own customer engagement from pre-sale evaluation through product adoption and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align solutions with enterprise needs
  • Maintain relationships with customers and key partners
  • Stay current on modern data stack technologies and industry trends
