About this role
Fivetran seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to support enterprise customers in the Southeastern US, leveraging technical expertise to understand complex data infrastructure needs and deliver solutions using Fivetran and dbt Labs technologies. You'll guide customers through proof-of-value processes and partner closely with sales teams to drive technical wins across the full customer lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Understand enterprise customer business requirements and develop technical solution recommendations
- Create and deliver value-based technical demonstrations to enterprise stakeholders
- Own and execute structured proof-of-value processes to secure technical acceptance
- Collaborate with Product, Support, Customer Success, and Engineering teams on solution alignment
- Manage customer relationships from pre-sale evaluation through adoption and expansion
- Stay current on industry technologies and trends in the modern data stack
