About this role

Flex, a NYC-based FinTech startup, seeks a hybrid Web Designer and Webflow Developer to lead the design and implementation of their rebranded website. You'll own projects end-to-end—designing in Figma and building in Webflow—while leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows and maintain brand consistency across a scalable component system.

What you'll do

  • Design high-fidelity, on-brand page layouts, components, and templates for marketing and product pages
  • Build and launch pages, templates, and components in Webflow using CMS collections, variables, and reusable systems
  • Translate Figma designs into clean Webflow builds with custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and interactions as needed
  • Create and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems that propagate consistently across the site
  • Use AI tools and coding assistants to accelerate design exploration, page creation, content preparation, and QA workflows
  • QA, test, and prepare pages for launch across devices, browsers, and responsive breakpoints; ensure performance, accessibility, and SEO readiness
