About this role
Fluidstack seeks an IT Engineer to design and operate on-site infrastructure across rapidly expanding gigawatt-scale data center campuses. You'll automate endpoint provisioning, manage multi-tenant network segmentation, and build repeatable deployment systems that keep distributed teams secure and unblocked as the company scales 10x.
What you'll do
- Build and run on-site IT infrastructure at data center campuses, including corporate networks, Wi-Fi, badge systems, and edge compute
- Automate endpoint provisioning, identity, and access management across a rapidly growing workforce using code and infrastructure-as-code
- Own multi-site IT stack ensuring teams, contractors, and customers remain cleanly separated and secure in coordination with the security team
- Create repeatable IT deployment runbooks and processes so each new campus launches faster and cleaner than the last
- Resolve on-site incidents and unblock field and construction teams by diagnosing and fixing issues in hours rather than days
- Design network segmentation and multi-tenant environments that balance security with operational speed
