About this role

Flock seeks a Site Reliability Engineer III to build developer experience tooling and streamline CI/CD pipelines for its expanding cloud infrastructure. You'll design self-service deployment systems, partner with engineering teams on production reliability, and write automation code in Go and TypeScript to eliminate operational friction across thousands of services.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling to enable reliable, efficient cloud deployments
  • Build self-service systems for secrets management, deployment rollbacks, and infrastructure governance
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and reduce operational friction across cloud engineering teams
  • Participate in weekly on-call rotation to maintain production availability and respond to incidents
  • Write production-grade automation and test suites in Go and TypeScript
  • Partner with internal cloud engineering teams to improve observability and deployment workflows
