About this role
Fluidstack is seeking a CX, QA & Field Engineer for Liquid Cooling to oversee end-to-end deployment of cooling distribution units (CDUs) across multiple data center sites. You'll manage scheduling, logistics, installation coordination, and standardization of procedures for hundreds of units per building while working with contractors and commissioning teams.
What you'll do
- Manage CDU deployment lifecycle including delivery, rigging, placement, piping, fill, and startup handoff across multiple sites
- Coordinate mechanical contractors, manufacturing partners, and commissioning activities to align with data hall readiness
- Own and track deployment schedules for hundreds of units per building with documented recovery plans for any delays
- Standardize installation packages, lift plans, torque specifications, and flush-and-fill procedures across all sites
- Track hundreds of line items and logistics without gaps in a live construction environment
- Enforce installation procedures and quality standards with contractor teams
